There are many qualities and skills that one must possess to being an outstanding Real Estate professional – integrity, professionalism, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are distinguishing traits I incorporate into how I run my business.
My previous career spanning over 18 years, working for a progressive multi-national company, gave me the opportunity to develop, strong people, organizational, negotiating, and problem solving skills. All of which, and my attention to detail, I have carried through into my Real Estate profession.
In addition I studied Marketing Management at BCIT, specializing in communications and fundraising, giving me a unique perspective on real estate presentation, both traditional and web-based.
That said, in my experience as a Real Estate professional, I’ve also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first.
I understand that every client has different needs when buying or selling a home. I recognize individual differences and adapt to each circumstance with care and respect. I believe being readily accessible, a good listener as well as an effective communicator, and responding quickly to my clients needs is essential throughout the entire process.
